Ideally you’ll have a web page and a Facebook page but if fiances are tight you can start with a Facebook page. In this PC World article Facebook Fans Provide a Good Return on Investment, Study Says it talks about how a Facebook page increased traffic to your website and sales both online and offline. Just like with a blog on a website you need to post on a regular basis. Daily during the week has given me the best results, I’ve found the minimum is 3 times a week. You also need to experiment with when is the best time of the day to post for your audiences. A useful tool to help with this task is Hootsuite, it allows you to schedule your posts ahead of time.
