What is SEO & Why is It Important?

Once you’ve built a web site you want to get traffic to that site. This is done in many ways, but one of the most important ways to get organic traffic is through SEO. Organic traffic is people who are necessarily searching for you but find you because their search engine recommends your site for the phrase they are using in their searching. So what is SEO? SEO or Search Engine Optimization is a process in a simple term “placing your website on the 1st page of any web search engine.” It is not as simple as it sounds. Each time you search for something in search engines such as Google the results that will appear are natural results. What does it have to do with SEO? SEO’s main goal is when someone researches something that has something to do with your website, or product is for your website or product will show up on the first page of Google. This is important because most of us won’t go past a page or two when we search. There are a lot of ways to achieve this. Some are common things that we do when on the internet like commenting on certain post, creating back links, and one of the biggest hits today is Video submission. Keyword is one of the important things when doing SEO, these are the common words or phrase that would describe your product and what would be searched on search engines. When you determine the best keywords you will place them on meta keywords and tags or even on your content when doing a blog post. How do you determine which are the best keywords?
