Are You a Small Business Owner?

Some say that if you own a local brick and mortar business and expect to be in business in five years, you MUST have an online presence. And that doesn’t just mean a web site. Even if you’re not a techie, and don’t use any social media tools in your personal life, it’s vital for you businesses life. Trade publications are writing about it too, here is an article written for the insurance industry. You may not read blogs, have a Facebook or Twitter account and have never heard of Pinterest, the hot new kid on the block, but one or all of these can greatly benefit your small local business. The platform you need depends on your business goals and your target market. On thing that benefits every business is a list of email address and sometimes mobile numbers. In addition to your business goals, your ideal customer will determine which social media platforms are best for you.
